A proud multiracial and decorated U.S. Army Combat Veteran, Kathy was born in New Jersey and raised in Germany in a military family that instilled in her a deep commitment to service. As a survivor of military sexual assault, Kathy channels her lived experience into powerful advocacy for justice, equity, and inclusive leadership.

With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management, Kathy has spent over 25 years leading in the field of human capital development. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Theology, where she deepens her lifelong commitment to ethical leadership and community transformation. Her career also includes more than 17 years of distinguished Federal Civil Service, including at the elite U.S. Army Special Operations Recruiting Battalion at Fort Bragg.
